My name is Frans ( Belgian) and my wife is Nuttee ( Thai).
We are both living in the south of Spain – a lovely town called NERJA and mostly described as ” the pearl of the Costa del Sol”.
We have bought an typical Andalusian house and we have transformed it into 3 independent apartments.
We are private owners and thus no travel agent or so…We receive and take personaly care for our guests..
The ground floor is full equped for allowing a comfortable journey for disabled guests.

All apartments have free internet access and for the ground floor and as far as the guests are disabled they have for free also a computer at their disposition. To allow our disabled guests easier access to more shops, restaurants and pavements we have at their disposition also a ” roll up ramp” which they can use free of charge of course. The apartments are for non-smokers and pets are not allowed.

Hi there,

This is just a short message to inform you that our accessible hotel – ‘Beautiful Sand Resort’, is now open and accepting guests – both able-bodied and not-so-able-bodied.

We are located just 600 metres from Phuket International Airport, and the same distance from the beautiful NaiYang Beach.

This is a family hotel which has been constructed from the ground up so that ALL guests can use the facilities. We are very lucky that our location is completely flat ground, so there are no steps or steep slopes anywhere in our resort.

To ensure accessibility, we followed the constructional guidelines from the ADA (American Disability Association). So this means that all rooms have wide access doors, low-level light switches, (on cord-pulls for those with arthritus), and many more features.

One side of our swimming pool allows easy access for elderly or wheelchair users. We will be installing a hoist very soon, (when it clears Thai customs!).

This is a family hotel owned by myself (British satellite consultant living in Thailand for 4 years), and my lovely Thai wife. Most of the staff are family members from the Issan region of north-east Thailand. Guests who stay at our resort not only find the facilities to their liking – they also have a great time joining in with the local Issan entertainment!
